Shipping
- We offer a flat rate of $9 for standard shipping anywhere in Australia
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your delivery. Orders to WA may take up to 10 business days depending on location.
- CHRISTMAS - to receive your order in time for Christmas, Australia Post recommends placing your order by 18 December (except for WA & NT, these orders should be placed by 14 December). Orders place after these dates will be sent out quickly, but we cannot guarantee their arrival in time for Christmas Day.
International orders
- We now offer shipping to the USA. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on your order.
- Please be aware, international orders may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
- For countries not eligible for shipping via our website, customers can email hello@sandekids.com with the items they would like to purchase and their delivery destination – we will reply with estimated shipping costs to this location.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or fees which may apply in your destination country.
- International orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are in stock.
